Thanks to a menu that puts the spotlight on local ingredients, a meal at La Rascasse takes you on a flavourful journey, with delicious dishes such as red mullet served with olive jus and roasted pistachio, roasted rack of lamb with garlic confit and basll, or sea bream cooked en papillotte with fragrant fresh basil and kaffir lime.
