Terms and conditions
Depending on your type of reservation our terms and conditions vary:
Please note that you will be asked to provide proof of identity and a credit card upon arrival. We will also ask for a handwritten signature of the general conditions of sale that you accepted when you made your reservation.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing
Semi-flexible reservation condition
We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking. For cancellations made up to D-14, the deposit will be refunded. The deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival or no-show.
Non-flexible booking conditions
To confirm a reservation with a promotion we require a deposit of 100% of the total amount at the time of reservation.
Flexible reservation condition
When confirming your reservation, we ask for your bank details as a guarantee. Your reservation is held without any payment until D-2 of your arrival and the cancellation is done without expenses until this date. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged to your bank account.
