- Tourist tax: Variable according to the accommodation price (maximum 4,5 € per person per day)
- Parking: 12 € per night
- Set of linen : (sheets and towels): 25€ per person
- End of stay Cleaning for stays of more than 7 days : 100 € per appartment
Terms and conditions
Depending on your type of reservation our terms and conditions vary. The conditions are communicated with the confirmation email.
Please note that you will be asked to provide proof of identity and a credit card upon arrival. We will also ask for a handwritten signature of the general conditions of sale that you accepted when you made your reservation.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing
Semi-flexible reservation condition
We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking. For cancellations made up to D-14, the deposit will be refunded. The deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival or no-show.
Non-flexible booking conditions
To confirm a reservation with a promotion we require a deposit of 100% of the total amount at the time of reservation.
Flexible reservation condition
When confirming your reservation, we ask for your bank details as a guarantee. Your reservation is held without any payment until D-2 of your arrival and the cancellation is done without expenses until this date. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged to your bank account.
