Practical Information

LA BRASSERIE is open until Saturday the 9th of November.

We propose a BISTRONOMIQUE menu from Monday to Saturday for lunch from 12h30 to 14h00 and Thursday, Friday and Saturday for dinner from 18h to 21h30 (closed on Sunday). In the mornings we open at 7h00 for the coffee.

The new bistronomique carte is prepared by the chef of our gourmet restaurant, Jean-Philippe Hiard. We look forward to see you.

 

From April to October we propose the following formule :

  • Chef's Menu: three courses (starter + main + dessert) for 22€
  • Tried-and-true classics, such as grilled Entrecôte Charolaise (ribeye seak) served with homemade frites, Petit farcis (stuffed baked vegetables, a traditional dish of Provence), French fish soup, mussels cooked in your choice of sauce: Marinière (white wine, garlic and parsley), Poulette (a creamy chicken broth-based sauce with garlic and shallots), Saffron sauce, or housemade Aioli, 17€
