An Evening With Gut Oggau at La Rascasse

On Wednesday, October 14, Le Provençal welcomes Eduard Tscheppe, winemaker at the Gut Oggau estate, for an evening dedicated to Austrian natural wines, to be enjoyed right at La Rascasse.

A leading figure in the Austrian natural wine scene, Eduard Tscheppe will share the unique world of Gut Oggau—a family-run estate in Burgenland—through a selection of his wines, each deeply rooted in its terroir and reflecting the identity of its respective vintage.

Here, there is no set menu or fixed itinerary. The wines are served by the glass throughout the evening, in the company of the winemaker, in a spirit of conversation and discovery.

On the culinary side, Chef Sébastien Graize will offer his suggestions and pairings—available on La Rascasse’s menu—designed to complement the various wines and allow each guest to compose their own night according to their preferences.
