Sustainability and Virtuous Hospitality
On the Giens peninsula, between salt marshes and the Mediterranean Sea, Le Provençal is situated in an extraordinary environment, a true sanctuary for local wildlife and flora.
Since 2017, we have been committed to preserving this exceptional ecosystem through the “Esprit Parc National – Port Cros” certification, which recognizes our responsible and sustainable approach across the hotel, our restaurants, and our park.
This includes re-vegetating our gardens with endemic Mediterranean coastal species, preserving biodiversity, promoting local traditions and craftsmanship, and choosing short supply chains and regional artisans, notably fishermen from the port of Niel and wines from the Var. We direct our actions towards concrete eco-responsible commitments to transition towards greater sustainability.
