Le Bar du Soleil reopens in Hyères.

With its breathtaking sea views, Le Bar du Soleil celebrates the art of southern living in a serene, natural setting in Hyères.

Between garden and horizon, the cuisine showcases Provençal and Mediterranean flavors, where fresh ingredients and local inspiration come together in generous, sun-filled dishes.

At any time of day, let yourself drift into a relaxed atmosphere, blending gourmet pleasures with suspended moments by the sea. At the bar, refreshing creations inspired by local terroir elevate the experience, best enjoyed on the terrace, gently carried by the softness of the coastline.

Open from Tuesday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm, with lunch served from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.
