Chef Harry Isé’s menu is an invitation to travel between land and sea, where Mediterranean flavors meet contemporary creativity.
The menu calls upon the aromatic power of the Var terroir and the Mediterranean, from Provence to neighboring Italy. Sunshine on the plates: heavenly burrata, glossy vegetables dressed in olive oil - crispy, confit, or marinated - grilled fish, and light wines. The menu follows the seasons, the daily catch, and the chef’s inspiration.
An absolute favorite: the boutique pastry platter presented at the table. To choose is to give up - tartlets, chocolate desserts, or flan... Luckily, there’s always tomorrow. Exactly under the sun.
