At Le Provençal, every day is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Throughout the summer season, we offer a carefully curated program of wellness workshops designed to create moments of relaxation, movement and renewal in an exceptional natural setting.
Open to guests of all experience levels, our sessions are led by passionate instructors and perfectly reflect the Mediterranean lifestyle that defines the spirit of Le Provençal.
Depending on the day of the week, you can enjoy a hatha Yoga session in the heart of our seaside park, a Pilates class to strengthen the body with gentle, controlled movement, an aquagym session in our seawater swimming pool, or a sound bath designed to encourage deep relaxation and mindfulness.
Our program evolves throughout the summer and is regularly enriched with additional experiences dedicated to well-being, conscious breathing, movement and mindfulness.
