Dive into Well-being: Aquagym at Le Provençal Hotel

Carved into the rock facing the Mediterranean Sea, the pool at Le Provençal Hotel is one of the property’s most iconic features. In an exceptional natural setting, between blue skies and sea air, it invites both relaxation and activity at the heart of the Giens Peninsula.

This summer, enjoy our aquagym sessions led by Lauriane, a former international swimmer. Thanks to the resistance of water, this activity provides gentle muscle strengthening while protecting the joints and improving cardiovascular fitness, all in a friendly and accessible atmosphere for every level.

Sessions take place every Friday in June from 10:00 to 10:45, priced at €20 per person. Registration is made directly with Lauriane by phone.
