To confirm a reservation, we require an earnest advance payment of 30% of the fee paid for the stay. The earnest advance payment will be deducted from the total price at the end of the stay.
Invoicing proceeds according to terms and conditions detailed on reservation.
Rooms are made available between 3.00 PM and 4.00 PM and must be made vacant before 11.00 AM on the day of departure.

"ÉTAPE" STAY: for sales representatives, from 95 Euros
Cancellation requests must be forwarded in writing; a 40 Euros cancellation fee will be invoiced for each reserved room.
In the event where the cancellation occurs more than 21 days before the date of arrival, the amount of the advance payment will be retained as a credit note (after deducting cancellation fees). If the credit note is not used within one year, it cannot be used or refunded.
Less than 21 days before arrival date: the advance payment will not be refunded.
